Western Approaches is a restored underground bunker in Liverpool that served as the secret HQ directing the Battle of the Atlantic during WWII. The preserved operations room and labyrinth of offices offer a rare glimpse into the nerve center where commanders and WRNS personnel coordinated vital convoy routes against enemy threats.

Visitors can explore authentic wartime rooms and equipment, including one of only two surviving phones linked directly to the London War Cabinet. The venue’s historical depth and tactile exhibits make it a distinctive setting for groups interested in immersive military history and strategic operations.
