Edelweissbrauerei Farny is a historic brewery in the Allgäu region, known as the inventor of Kristall-Weizen. With over 175 years of brewing tradition, it offers 12 beer varieties including eight distinct wheat beers and a growing selection of craft whiskies.

Though the brewery itself doesn’t host tastings or sales onsite, its beers are widely available across southern Germany in more than 500 restaurants and 350 retail locations. The focus on quality and regional character makes it a standout for business events seeking authentic local flavor.
